The 2026 Fast Wireless Charger: HyperCharge Pro Review

The 2026 Fast Wireless Charger: HyperCharge Pro Review

Wireless charging in 2026 is no longer a slow, pad-limited experience. The Qi2.2 standard has arrived, and with it, magnetic locking profiles and gallium nitride (GaN) technology are pushing speeds far beyond what we thought possible. Today, I’m reviewing the **HyperCharge Pro**, one of the first 50W fast wireless chargers that supports phones, earbuds, and even some ultrabooks in a single stand.

Design & Build

At first glance, the HyperCharge Pro is a sleek aluminium and tempered glass wedge, roughly the size of a small book. A fanless cooling system is integrated into its base—silent even under full load thanks to vapor chamber cooling. The magnetic array is perfectly aligned for Qi2.2 devices, snapping an iPhone 18 or Galaxy S26 into place with a satisfying click. A secondary charging shelf below can refuel your AirPods or Galaxy Buds at 10W.

Charging Speed & Performance

This is where the HyperCharge Pro shines. Using a 65W GaN wall adapter (included), it delivers up to **50W** to compatible phones—a 0 to 50% charge in just 18 minutes for a Pixel 10 Pro, and a full charge in under 45 minutes. For iPhones, it hits the full 25W MagSafe profile flawlessly. Heat management is excellent; I measured a peak surface temperature of only 38°C, which means battery health stays preserved. Foreign object detection is instant, and the stand maintains full speed even with a 5mm thick case.

Compatibility & Smart Features

The charger isn’t just fast; it’s universal. It automatically adjusts output to 15W for legacy Qi devices, and 25W for Qi2 ones. An ambient light sensor dims the status LED at night, and a companion app lets you firmware update, schedule charging, or view energy stats. A foldable travel design makes it easy to toss in a bag.

How It Compares to the Competition

Compared to the Anker PowerWave 3-in-1 (max 30W) or the Samsung Super Fast Pad 2.0 (45W but device-locked), the HyperCharge Pro wins on universal speed. The Belkin BoostCharge Pro 2-in-1 matches the 50W but lacks the multi-device shelf and silent cooling, coming in at a similar price point. For sheer future-proofing, this is the one to beat.

Verdict

The HyperCharge Pro isn’t just an incremental update—it’s a glimpse of 2026’s cord-cutting reality. It fixes every major wireless pain point: speed, heat, and multi-device clutter. If you own a flagship phone from 2025 or later, this $89.99 charger is the only bedside companion you need. It earns our Editors’ Choice award for fast wireless charging this year.
